I donīt think so, Toni. As far as I know, the high
taxes in Scandinavia are taxes for "luxury" items, no ecology involved ever before. I believe those taxes will have to reduced /abolished, so bikes (and cars) will have to become cheaper over there. OTOH you`re right, ecologists are spoiling the fun, but that may be about petrol prices as they do now in Germany and other things like that.
Itīs going to be something like abolishing luxury taxes at one side so you`re going to have enough money left for ecologist hold-ups...
